| Friday | 5:00 - 8:00 pm | Registration, greet new and old friends (At Wilson Lodge), make buttons, get to know each other and play games. |
| 5:00 - 10:00 pm | Sign up for a massage. $1.50 a minute (sign up in Wilson Lodge) | |
| 8:00 - 9:00 pm | Icebreaker activity in Wilson Lodge | |
| Saturday | 8:00 - 8:45 am | Breakfast in the Cafeteria for attendees who arrived Friday evening. Coffee will be available in Wilson Lodge. |
| 8:45 - 9:45 am | Food served 8:00-8:30 AM Registration in Wilson Lodge. |

| 8:45 - 9:00 am | Welcome and Opening Circle | |

| 3:00 pm | Scholarship Silent Auction starts | |

| 4:30 - 5:30 pm | Free Time. See Special and Ongoing Activities. | |
| 5:30 - 6:15 pm | Dinner in the Cafeteria. Food served 5:30-6 pm |

| 6:15 - 6:30 pm | Volunteer to be on next year's Women's Weekend Planning Team! in Wilson Lodge | |
| 6:30 pm - ??? | BYOB Wine Tasting in Wilson Lodge, board games, fun and merriment. | |
| 7:30 pm | Scholarship Silent Auction closes. Pay for top bids. | |
| 8:30 pm - ??? | Bonfire, s'mores, singing | |
| Sunday | 8:00 am - 8:45 am | Breakfast in the Cafeteria Food served until 8:30 am |
| 8:45 am - 9:00 am | Closing Circle | |
| 10:00 am | Worship Service at Eliot Chapel begins. Note, there is only one service! | |
| 10:30 am | We must be out of the sleeping rooms by 10:30. | |
| 11:45 am | Annual Meeting at Eliot Chapel. All members and friends of Eliot are encouraged to attend. |
