Schedule for 2020

Friday 5:00 - 10:00pm Registration, greet new and old friends (At Wilson Lodge), make buttons, get to know each other and play games.
6:00 - 10:00pm Sign up for a chair massage or regular massage. $1 a minute (sign up in Wilson Lodge)
8:00 - 9:00pm Icebreaker activity
Saturday 7:00am Gentle Yoga Stretches
Enjoy the practice of movement, deep breathing and meditation. Teri Nicely is a certified yoga instructor and has been teaching for 15 years. Bring a yoga mat and blanket or beach towel. Class may move outside, weather permitting. No previous experience necessary.
8:00-9:15am Registration and continental breakfast in Wilson Lodge
9:15-9:45am Welcome
10:00-11:30am Morning Workshops
11:40am-12:00pm Women's Weekend Group Photo (optional) Gather at Wilson Lodge to take a group photo.
12:00-12:45pm Lunch in the Cafeteria.
1:00-2:30pm Afternoon Workshops
3:00pm Scholarship Silent Auction starts
3:00 - 4:30pm Late Afternoon Workshops
4:30-6:00pm Free Time. See Special and Ongoing Activities.
4:45-5:45pm The Path Less Traveled - Guided Hike (optional)
The early spring flower blooms are spent but let’s take a walk to see what else may be discovered and shared. Join Jeanne Sikora, an outdoor enthusiast, for an easy-paced walk along the long trail. Meet up in front of Wilson Lodge. A limited number of walking sticks will be available. Jeanne has been a park ranger at Smoky Mountains National Park in Tennessee and participated in numerous Volksmarches while living in Germany.
6:00-7:00pm Dinner in the Cafeteria. Dinner served until 6:45.

7:30pm Scholarship Silent Auction closes. Pay for top bids.
8:30pm - ??? Bonfire, twig dedication, s'mores, singing
8:30pm - ??? BYOB Wine Tasting in Wilson Lodge, board games, fun and merriment.
Sunday 8:00am - 8:45 am Breakfast
9:00am Sunday Service / Closing Ceremony
10:30am We must be out of the sleeping rooms by 10:30.
